Christopher Ehren, MS, PMP is a Project Manager for the Center for Health Technology and Innovation at the American Heart Association. He began in corporate wellness before receiving his Master of Science degree from Leeds Beckett University and transitioning to Duke Health as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Programming Lead. He spent several years providing direct patient care across a variety of clinical populations, while also developing and managing clinical programs for populations including Diabetes management, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, Parkinson’s Disease Management and Exercise Intervention in Oncology. Here he saw the importance of behavior change methodologies being leveraged in health care settings to facilitate improved patient health outcomes. To bridge this gap in care he completed the Duke Health & Well-Being Coach training through Duke Integrative Medicine to become a Duke Certified Health Coach.
Now, being PMP certified, Christopher has begun bringing together his clinical and behavior change knowledge to inform program design. He has experience in digital health program development and is always excited about innovations in the digital health space. He is passionate about increasing access to health and wellness solutions across all populations and contributing to the improvement of health outcomes.
