Atandra Burman is an experienced consumer-centric product innovator with a demonstrated history of go-to-market success and adoption with customers. He is a strong technology professional with a medical background, known for bringing together skilled teams and leading strategic ventures. Fueled by the personal loss of his father to a silent heart attack, Atandra currently leads RCE, a medical device and technology company working towards disrupting the cardiology workflow in patient care.
Previously, Atandra Burman headed product teams at YML. He helped brands such as Home Depot, State Farm and Staples build digital ecosystems that have disrupted their industries. With his background in medicine and valuable insights, he has further influenced the omni-care vision for healthcare companies like HCA, enabled optimal chairside dialysis solutions for Fresenius, and built connected experiences for the cystic fibrosis community at Hill-Rom.
Atandra focuses on building high-impact delivery teams through the creation of defined processes. He has advised executives on how to analyze behavioral patterns in product usage and leverage machine learning for predictive personalization, thereby driving behavioral retention with brands’ end users.
Atandra has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
