Alexander J. Blood, MD, MSc, FACC

Alexander J. “AJ” Blood is a cardiologist, intensivist, and clinical research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts and an instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. He conducts studies in the use of digital tools and team-based care in addressing cardiometabolic disease at scale and the integration of generative artificial intelligence into clinical research and care delivery. He is the associate director of the accelerator for clinical transformation research group and a senior clinical investigator at the Mass General Brigham Data Science Office.
