Inna Plumb is the CEO of Auxira and an experienced healthcare executive and company builder. She began her career in investment banking and at Soros Fund Management before moving into startups, leading Blue Apron’s national supply chain from Series B through IPO. At Redesign Health, she helped launch and scale several care delivery companies, including Ever/Body, Vault, and Calibrate. She later co-founded MedArrive, a home- and virtual-care platform, where she served as COO—leading operations, raising over $40M, and scaling services across Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA populations. Inna is passionate about building high-performing teams and thrives in the complexity of fast-growing, mission-driven businesses.
