Cassie Walker brings extensive strategy development, implementation and problem solving experience to bear in her work at the American Heart Association’s Center for Health Technology & Innovation. In this role, she leads Doctors With Heart, a program that provides cardiovascular consultations to health center clinicians in under-resourced communities. Cassie led the Pilot phase of Doctors With Heart, taking the program from concept to launch and through results analysis. This work included overall program management, communications, and working with health centers, volunteers, funders, and technology platforms.

Cassie also develops strategic collaborations between the Association and innovative health tech companies. She has extensive industry experience in consulting, strategy, marketing and communications, and has worked in many diverse industries, including health care, advertising, insurance, and retail. She holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
