Fahad is a healthcare innovator with over 10 years of experience in healthcare advisory, technology, analytics, and operations, working with both payers and providers. He’s currently Co-Founder and CEO of Lumi Health, a digital health company helping cardiologists and their teams deliver high-impact care for Heart Failure patients. Prior to Lumi, Fahad led a technology and clinical redesign practice for Geisinger Health System’s for-profit innovation business (xG Health Solutions). His work focused on assisting large health systems implement end-to-end value-based care initiatives including; strategic planning, organizational alignment, innovative care models, and technology-enabled care workflows. Prior to xG, he led product strategy and growth for Salient Healthcare, which included building the New York State Medicaid Analytics Performance Portal (MAPP) to manage the statewide Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program and provider-focused analytics solutions for Medicare Accountable Care Organizations (ACO’s). He holds a BA in Biology and MBA in Finance from Canisius College and an MA in Neurophysiology from SUNY Buffalo.
