Gennaro Maida is CEO of Denovo Innovations Group, where he leads development of AI-enabled healthcare solutions that enhance clinical decision support and improve compliance in complex health systems. With more than 15 years at the intersection of clinical medicine, technology, and artificial intelligence, his work spans platforms from non-contact health assessment technologies to real-time clinical support systems. He also serves as Strategic Advisor to West Mountain Financial, supporting healthcare portfolio companies, and Strategic Advisor to NextGen Invent, a global AI and technology services company. Mr. Maida has served in leadership roles including Chief Medical Technology Officer and Chief AI and Health Science Officer, guest lectured on remote care and AI at SUNY Stony Brook, and mentors MD/PhD entrepreneurs through the global biotech accelerator Nucleate.

Mr. Maida holds a Master of Medical Science from Hahnemann University with a focus on cardiac surgery outcomes, completed three years of medical training at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University’s Pratt School of Engineering.
