Larissa D’Andrea is a global impact executive with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, digital technology, and communications. She specializes in overcoming commercialization barriers and advancing access to innovative technologies, using her cross functional expertise in government affairs, market access, medical affairs, patient and clinician advocacy, ESG, regulatory and quality, communications, and digital marketing to deliver sustainable financial and clinical outcomes. She has lead global collaborations with payers, health systems, and technology companies to build strategic partnerships, open and optimize reimbursement pathways, and scale value based and virtual care models rooted in strong stakeholder engagement and practical innovation in patient journey and clinician workflows. Larissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Legal Studies from the University of San Diego School of Law. In addition to her role at AliveCor, she serves on the Board of the Wellness, Sleep & Circadian Network (WSCN), contributes as an Advisor to the Techquity Committee at the HLTH Foundation, and mentors and advises health technology start ups.
