Call for Applications:  American Heart Association’s Center for Health Technology & Innovation Health Tech Competition at Scientific Sessions

The American Heart Association (AHA) announced the return of its Health Tech Competition to be held in The Health Innovation Pavilion at Scientific Sessions 2024 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL November 16th-18th. The Competition has been a springboard for many successful companies including AvoMD, Eko, Twilio, and more.

The competition is open to organizations with game-changing technologies and tech-enabled solutions in the prevention, diagnostics and treatment of cardiovascular disease and stroke. The AHA invites companies with innovative patient centered solutions that address pervasive challenges related to CAD/ACS, Cardiometabolic, Cardiovascular Kidney Metabolic (CKM) Syndrome, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, HTN, Imaging, Lipids, Stroke and Brain Health, Vascular medicine.

Health tech companies are invited to enter the 5th Annual Health Tech Competition! Five finalists will pitch their innovative cardiovascular and stroke care solutions. The application deadline is Friday, October 4, 2024. Companies can apply here.

Five finalists will be selected to present their innovations to a distinguished panel of judges at the AHA Health Tech Competition on November 16th and 17th, 2024. The Winner will be announced at the AHA Scientific Sessions on November 17th, 2024.

The CHTI Health Tech competition aspires to spotlight the brightest minds in innovation, showcasing those with the most promising potential to significantly enhance patient care and outcomes.”
