Britain Taylor, MBA, MSE, is a Ph.D. Intelligent Systems Engineering Candidate at the Indiana University Bloomington. She is a research assistant in the SocioNeural Physiology Lab located in the Kinsey Institute, where she specializes in developing software to detect remote physiological measurements for early detection in psychological and or physiological decline. Her research seeks to understand current mood of state and early intervention opportunities during social media engagement for youth and young adults who are frequent social media users. She combines biometrics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. She uses the same principles of remote physiological measurements and online behavior for early detection in Alzheimer’s and Other Related Dementias. She is the CEO and Founder at ShuffleMe (https://shuffleme.app/), an artificial intelligence predictive software that detects current mood of state and helps social media users to understand which social media content impacts their mood in real-time. She was nominated for the ‘Best Of Tech’ Mira Rising Entrepreneur Award 2021. The current startup company conducts research for validated methods in the Socioneural Physiology Lab at Indiana University Bloomington.
