Livongo Joins American Heart Association’s Center for Health Technology and Innovation to Support Multiple Chronic Conditions

Mountain View, CA: July 26, 2017 — Livongo Health, the leading consumer digital health company focused on empowering people with chronic conditions to live better and healthier lives, today joined the American Heart Association’s Center for Health Technology and Innovation Health Tech Collaborative to deliver high blood pressure education and insights to people with diabetes. 71% of people with diabetes also have high blood pressure, and managing multiple chronic conditions with multiple solutions can be complex.

Livongo’s approach to managing diabetes coupled with the health education content from the American Heart Association portfolio will make managing both high blood pressure and diabetes easier for Livongo members.
